Refund Policy

If your item arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the quality of your item please send us CLEAR PHOTOS that show the issue.

If acceptable, we will work with you in either re-sending your item or issuing a partial to full refund. All issues are handled case by case, please Contact Us and we will do our best to ensure you have a satisfactory experience at

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your goods. If 14 days have gone by since you receive your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To return your product, you should mail your product to us in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Please Contact Us for the Return mailing address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.



With the amount of time and added costs of shipping back and forth we usually don't offer exchanges. Exchanges are handled case by case. If you are not satisfied with your item please contact us and we will do our best to work with you.
